Gamegol's dumpling dough is given time to rest and ferment. It is a process shaped purely by time, without human interference.
Each day, we adjust meticulously for the temperature, humidity, and season. Even with the same recipe, summer and winter require different fermentation times, and the dough behaves differently on rainy days versus sunny ones.
This fermentation process creates the chewy texture of our dumpling skin and the deep flavor of our fillings. It's the secret behind Gamegol dumplings that never break — whether boiled, steamed, or pan-fried.

100% Korean Pork
We never mix imported ingredients. From pork to vegetables, we use only Korean-sourced ingredients — even when prices rise.

Our Namyangju factory is HACCP certified. Every step from ingredient intake to packaging is managed to strict hygiene standards.
Unchanged Flavor
In 2016, we introduced automated machines and packaging equipment, but our fermentation process and filling recipe remain exactly the same. What machines can't preserve, people do.
